If you've been reading my comments on this forum you'd see that I have held on to the same views regarding past and present corrupt practices by our politicians. If the statute of limitation has expired for some of the incidents that you've mentioned then perhaps pursuing court cases should be off the agenda. However, for those incidents where the statute of limitation is still in effect I do believe court cases should be pursued.
ANU has lots of of potential, but the country has way too many baggage preventing it from advancing up the ladder of success. Now, unlike many who have been commenting on this forum, I have been calling for ANU to have a "Truth and Reconciliation" hearing (similar to what was done in South Africa) to address past practices in order to bring about some form of closure and help our beloved country heal itself and move on. Will such a thing happen? Not while the people who are responsible for the mess the country is in is actively trying to seek or hold on to power to satisfy their own selfish desires.
